The way we manage our projects, we have some common elemets to all projects, and then we have a field team who will only work on one project. I would like to be able to work with issue queues on a project basis rather than on an overall company basis if it's possible. Could be a template item where the reason codes are the same, but depending on which project the person works on, a different issue queue is selected.

Thanks for the post. This is something that is already on the drawing board, currently as you are aware our templates are focused on Milestones and Todo's. We are now in the planning phases of including File Management and Issue functions in the template sections. Stay tuned for more information soon.
