Ok I know the standard use for this software usually deals with business, however I have made use of it in another way. Let me explain. My wife and I are very detail oriented and we like to plan ahead on everything! In doing so our calender and refrigerator have become so cluttered with Sticky notes, Honey do lists, and general notes to ourselves about things needing to be done. Our cluttered Fridge has resulted in a mess of when where and how things NEED to be completed. This is how we do it. We create projects based on larger goals we have as a family. Getting out of debt is a current goal we have. So under that "Project" we have our "Milestones". These would be our current bills. So we assign dates to have each bill paid off. We spread them out over the course of the project and set dates that are realistic for our family to meet. For example one milestone would be, Pay off current Medical Bills, and we assign a date that we want to have this completed by. The software lets us assign that bill to one person to handle and make sure it is taken care of. if it runs late the milestone appears in bright red coloring telling us that it is not finished. We post messages to one another regarding each individual milestone, and our progress with each item associated with it. Then there are our "To Do's", We have 2 children and thus different Medical bills to pay. So under our Milestone MEdical Bills we created ToDo's for each individual Medical bill. So we have ToDo's for each member of the family and the current bills associated with that person. We then can check off each bill as it is paid leading up to clearing our Milestone.

Everything these days is High Speed and in keeping with the times Spot On provides us a way to stay accountable with things that need done in our lives. I even have my mother hooked. She is a Home Health nurse and creates Milestones under her project for when she has to be on call. This gives us access to a calender view of when she is not working and thus available to babysit! Mom if you read this I'm just kidding! I can see my honey do list growing by the minute with that comment. Anyway thanks again for the tool and keep up the good work!
