When I delete an item (project, todos, messages, milestones), I really don't want to see it. It's either a mistake, or not needed. Can we have an option to hide deleted items?

Same goes for deleting projects. I understand perhaps de-activating completed projects you'll never touch again, but that can be different from simply deleting.

when I edit a project, it does not let me edit the company assigned to it. so if I make a mistake and need to re-assign it, I have to de-activate the project. Can we not change the company a project is assigned to?

Me again!! I'm gonna be a pest today :)

This feature is by far the most urgently needed one I can see off the top. Being able to modify the content, and the subject lines, will REALLY help me deal with multiple projects and clients. Especially since I give the clients the ability to add todos, messages, files, etc.

thankies ...

Thanks for the post. This is something that is already on the drawing board, currently as you are aware our templates are focused on Milestones and Todo's. We are now in the planning phases of including File Management and Issue functions in the template sections. Stay tuned for more information soon.

The way we manage our projects, we have some common elemets to all projects, and then we have a field team who will only work on one project. I would like to be able to work with issue queues on a project basis rather than on an overall company basis if it's possible. Could be a template item where the reason codes are the same, but depending on which project the person works on, a different issue queue is selected.
