This view provides all of the Resolution Agents details, status and history of how they are dealing with your issues.

Issues

  1. Trouble Ticket displays important information concerning the submitted issue.
  2. Submission time displayed so you can track your teams response time on project problems.
  3. Reply from Resolution Agent keeps you informed on what's happening, also emailed to you.
  4. Move tickets between queues and Resolution Agents.
  5. Status and Contact display in case you need verbal communication with ticket submitter.
  6. Company contact information for project owner.
  7. Links to other issue queues.
