Otis Technologies, LLC collects information, including personal information that you provide to us when you choose to sign up for one or any of our hosted software applications. Otis Technologies, LLC collects and uses your personal information to conduct business with you, that you have knowingly and willingly consented to conduct.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
Otis Technologies, LLC does not release any personally identifiable information it collects from you to any unrelated third parties so that they may send you commercial promotions or offers for products and or services. We do however, reserve the right to share anonymous, aggregate information concerning the demographic makeup of our customers to unrelated third parties, and share personal information as described below.

Our services providers are under contractual obligation in order to provide adequate protection of your personal information.

Otis Technologies, LLC maintains security measures in line with industry standard specifications, such as firewalls, limited access, and SSL encryption technology, designed to help protect against loss, misuse, and alteration of customer information collected by Otis Technologies, LLC. All information collected via our websites and or our hosted software applications is stored on our secured servers, located at Sungard in Nashville, TN USA.
Passive Data Collection - Cookies and Web Beacons
Our various domains and websites (otissoftware.com, seeotisrun.com and whoisthatdog.com) as well as our hosted software applications may also collect information passively, through the use of cookies. A cookie is a small text file that writes to your hard drive. The cookie file contains information that allows Otis Technologies, LLC to enhance the user experience. The cookies that are used by Otis Technologies, LLC contain no personally identifiable information. In addition Otis Technologies, LLC may use Web Beacons in email marketing campaigns for the sole purpose of tracking traffic from the email to specific pages on our websites. You may be able to adjust your browser so that your computer either does not accept cookies, or notifies you when a website tries to deposit a cookie on your hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any confidential information such as your home address, telephone number, or credit card information. Otis Technologies, LLC does not exchange cookies with any third parties.
